OBIEE Architect

Location: Boston, MA

 

Responsibilities:

This role typically includes providing consulting to one of the iGATE clients on setting up OBIEE  Competancy Center (BICC). As part of setting up a Business Intelligence Competency Center (BICC) for the effective implementation of the OBIEE toolset across the customer enterprise, the OBIEE Architect is expected to deliver on the following focus areas:

• BI Architecture & Governance – establish the architecture guidelines and standards, and create  a robust governance structure for BI initiatives

• Systems Delivery Methodology – customize the System Delivery Methodology (SDM) process in the customer organization to define required templates, standards, best practices and processes to facilitate project management and delivery

• Operations – define set of processes to support the efficient deployment and operations for BI solutions within the customer enterprise

• Training – prepare a competency program for BI users leading to increased acceptance and usage of BI within the customer enterprise
