· To interface with the Customer and Business (on a need basis) on a daily basis to gather requirements, design solutions, develop, test & deploy/turn over.
· Interface with the offshore team by leading them on the technology front thereby achieving a team work environment by successfully delivering the tasks/developed packages and integrate them on the customer environment
Must Have Skills:
Java/J2EE – 7 years (minimum)
IceFaces – 3 years
Spring Framework (MVC, Web Flow, Security) – 3 years
JSF – 4 years
Oracle – 5 years
Hibernate – 4 years
JPA/JTA – 2-3 years
Strong Client and Business Communications/Interaction Skills
JBoss App Server – 3 years (flexible)
Eclipse – 3 years (flexible)
Windows Based Application Development/Support
