Title: VMware/Citrix Admin

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: Long term

Rate: DOE

 

Required Skills:

·         The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience working with VMware Servers and Citrix Operating Systems.

·         Ability to conduct proof of concept on Cloud computing technologies – VMware (vCloud) & Citrix (CloudStack)

·         Implement private cloud using VMware vCloud as first step towards larger objective of hybrid cloud

·         Understand existing application architecture and suggest modifications to middleware infrastructure layout in the datacenter where things can be improved.

·         Provide architecture guidelines and implement soft load balancer to reduce the cost overhead of physical load balancer

·         Investigate application log monitoring/aggregation solutions available in the market and conduct POCs to finalize one of the products.
