Position: Sr. Informatica MDM (Siperian) Developer experience is MUST
Location: Waukegan, IL
Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:

• Advises on best practices for MDM implementation methodology, design and integration
  
• Ability to consult and educate business users on MDM matters, issues and get them involved in the project.
  

Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of Master Data Management concepts & Methodologies and ability to apply this knowledge in building MDM solutions
  
• Demonstrated hands-on experience (4-5 Years) and proven technical proficiency of Informatica (Siperian) MDM including batch based and real-time processing.
• Must have very good understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) architectures and business processes
• Must have hands-on experience with MDM Hub configurations - Data modeling & Data Mappings, Data validation, Match and Merge rules, writing and customizing user exits, customizing/configuring Data Director
• Ability to Design, document and configure the Informatica MDM Hub to support loading, cleansing, matching, merging, and publication of MDM data
• Must have participated in and led the requirement gathering/ solution architecture for MDM initiatives
• Experience designing & building business services code to integrate with the MDM Hub with other applications. Solid experience on Web Services implementation
• Thorough knowledge of application development, database management and operations
• Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments
• General
• Ability to lead initiatives and direct team members
• Ability to write clear documentation of procedures, and ability to write specifications for data models to be developed.
• Extremely detail-oriented and able to follow clear methodologies for troubleshooting and development.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for interacting and collaborating with customers, developers, analysts, and business staff throughout the organization.
• Ability to support and work within standard software development life cycle practices
