Required Skills

 

•    10+ of experience in Microsoft based technologies

•    4+ experience in Sharepoint

•    1+ experience in Newsgator

•    Have architected at least 2 SP based intranet solutions

•    Experience in interacting with business users on SP implementation and played a consultant's role to understand user-focused comments and feedback

•    Ability  in carving out user feedback to establish an implementation road map

•    Excellent analytical skills, customer facing and onsite/offshore model
