Primary skills: Websphere Application Server Administrator.

Extensive knowledge/understanding of IBM WebSphere Architecture
Hands on experience on WAS 5.x, 6.x and 7.x
Good understanding of Cluster and its associated concepts
Excellent communication skills
Knowledgeable in Unix and Windows environment including scripting and troubleshooting
Understanding Security associated with an application server
Understanding of general security concepts including encryption, digital signatures, authentication, and authorization
Familiar with SOAP, WSDLs, XML, and related Web Services concepts
Should understand performance tuning concepts
