Lead ECommerce Developer

You are an experienced web application developer who is analytical, creative and a business-focused problem solver. You enjoy participating in all activities of a Scrum team to deliver functional software to a customer faster.

 Position Summary:

As a Lead ECommerce Developer, you will lead and develop eCommerce applications using eCommerce software like ATG Endeca, Endeca Experience Manager, Magento Enterprise, Znode and Insite in combination with CMS solutions like Sitecore.  You will work with a dedicated business, offshore development team and follow a Scrum process to develop e-commerce websites for Brady corporation and various other brands owned by the company.

Responsibilities

• lead and develop eCommerce applications using eCommerce Endeca, Endeca Experience Manager, ATG Magento Enterprise, Znode and Insite in combination with CMS solutions like Sitecore.
• Candidate need an expertise in either Customer Management, Order Management or Product Management
• Work with onsite technical leads to align and deliver on common goals
• Provide ongoing architectural guidance to ensure that the order management module is stable, scalable and easy to maintain
• Follow Scrum process and participate in all Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, retrospectives, planning, etc)
• Work closely with the business to deliver solutions
• Prepare technical strategies and proposals as part of delivering solution
• Test websites
• Implement / enhance release management process

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience of developing ecommerce web solutions with a significant product base and transaction volume
• 3+ years of experience of development using tools such as Sitecore, ATG, Insite, znode, Endeca, Endeca Experience Manager and Magento Enterprise
• Experience with web services development using C# on the Microsoft .NET platform
• Knowledge of HTML, JS
• Experience with A/B testing using Maxymizer
• Experience working with Scrum teams
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field
