Title: AIX Administrator

Location: El Dorado hills, CA

Duration: Long Term

Rate: DOE

    

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise level AIX operating system administration
• 4+ years of experience with enterprise level Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration
• 3+ years of virtualization experience including both VMware and LPAR solutions
• Experience with Oracle/sun hardware
• Scripting experience required (PERL, ksh, bash, etc.)
• Extensive experience with infrastructure and server theories, principles and concepts; application infrastructure and standards; networking fundamentals; Windows; SAN storage systems; clustering (e.g. VCS, ZFS, LVM); physical server architecture; Virtualization Technologies (e.g. VMware, Solaris Zones) and LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies.
• ITIL or other best practice methodology.
