Position: SAS Administrator                     

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Duration: 6 Months +

 

Description:

 

•             A minimum of  5 years in-depth, hands-on, proven experience with the administration and use of the SAS9 platform components, to include a strong understanding of :

o             SAS Management Console (SMC);

o             SAS BI Security and metadata considerations;

o             Base SAS (V9);

o             Enterprise Business Intelligence Server components;

o             Enterprise Data Integration Server components;

o             Other SAS components—TBD, per engagement.

•             Detailed knowledge of the SAS architecture;

•             Strong familiarity with administering SAS9 in a [Linux, UNIX, Mainframe] environment;

•             Knowledge on Unix Shell Scripts and Mainframe JCL commands.

•             Possess the ability to work on projects with little direct supervision.

•             Excellent troubleshooting skills.

 

Advanced (Ideal) Technical Skills:

 

1.            Desired: Have taken a SAS Platform Administration course
