Duration: Long term. Minimum 1 Year         

 

 

Primary Skills:

·         Minimum 7 years of experience in developing front-end and user interface code for large scale web sites, 5+ years of experience coding in HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Experience in Ajax, XML, JSON.

·         Experience with various other markup languages (ASP, CFM, PHP, XSL, JSP etc.) is a plus ,B.S. / B.A. degree or equivalent work experience.

·         Computer Science degree is a plus, Experience with Content Management Systems, Strong understanding of performance, web analytics, SEO techniques.

 

Secondary Skills:

·         Work as a senior front-end web developer with cross functional teams, understanding and refining user interface requirements, designing and writing code, clearly documenting the development process, Participate in setting front-end coding standards and guidelines for the Apple Online Store, identify and document best practices.

·         Understand the necessity of and contribute to coding standards, Stay abreast of the new front-end web development technologies; integrate them with Apple Online Store to enhance the usability and efficiency of the site, Lead efforts on large-scale, global, web-based projects, ensuring robust and lasting solutions are implemented
