Position: Lead BPM Consultant
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 3+ Months
Roles & Responsibilities :
• The role involves development of process models and working with an offshore process modeling team to coordinate process modeling activities
• The Person needs to be a business process consultant and have extensive experience in business process modeling and re-engineering. She/he should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and should be able to influence the stakeholders at both business and technology levels.
• The role needs to have essential business process modeling and management along with consulting skills such as interviewing stakeholders, leading and driving workshops, and taking criticism constructively.
Required Skills:
• Financial services domain knowledge required with focus on capital market, custody and investment banking. Capital markets experience is a must have.
• Must have worked on customer projects at customer sites and environment.
• Must have experience in any of the items listed: Requirement gathering, Business process modeling, analysis, re-engineering, business process consulting
• Nice to have proven knowledge of business process redesign with evaluation of current state processes and designing future state processes
• Must have knowledge of Value chain creation, KPI definition, KPI definition and matrix
• Must have expertise in process modeling using BPMN paradigm and other standard models in ARIS (or any equivalent tool is acceptable)
• Nice to have exposure to implementation of business process models in any BPM platform
Secondary (all are must have requirements)
• Ability to interact with multiple stake holders of large programs such as various teams on the client side, onsite and offshore teams in HCL
• Professional documentation experience using Microsoft word and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Very Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills
