Required Skills:

 

•             Expert with modular .NET design

•             Expert with modular .NET deployment configuration

•             IIS configuration expert

•             Experience with consumer-facing systems

•             Experience with large, overwhelming  codebase

•             Passion for refactoring

•             Willingness to teach junior engineers about technique

•             Test-driven development experience

•             7+ years of C# experience

•             Comfortable being a leader

•             Available for temp to PERM transition
