Must Have Skills:

The client has relaxed the requirement a bit and they would be fine to have resources who does not from "Transfer Agency" domain.  But they would need people with "System Conversion or Migration" experience.  So at high level, the resource should have experience with the business side of conversions to include:

• Data analysis with carrying out reconciliations.
• Data entry of test transactions
• Testing exposure with running test cases
• Ability to analyze file layouts and file transmissions
• Ability to create, read and interpret business requirements documents
• Good in MS excel and excellent communication skills
