Position: Performance Lead

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 3 Months +

 

Job description:

 

·       Lead team of 4 to 5 on projects, throughout project testing lifecycles, including testing, go-live and post-production support.

·       Exposure to various consulting aspects like requirement analysis, scope study, project proposal preparation, system study, process mapping, Testing Configuration changes, Interface testing, testing any extension developments, go live and post implementation support.

·       Provide test-planning estimates based on project scope in terms of test scenarios and man hours.

·       Expertise in QA Methodologies, Quality Assurance Life Cycle (QALC), Defect Management Life Cycle, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile & RUP methodologies.

• Extensive experience in reviewing and analyzing Functional requirement specifications and System Requirement Specification, and writing detailed test plans, test cases and test scripts.
• Create and review functional test cases utilizing Business Process Testing (BPT) methodology in HP Quality Center.
• Create and review test plan documents and test project plans with business stakeholders.
• Identify and test key business process scenarios within Record to Report and coach fellow test analysts
• Interact with and provide daily test status updates to Senior Management.
• Well organized, strong work ethics and willingness to work extended hours( if needed ) to meet deadlines.
• Have the flexibility and versatility to adapt to new environments and work on multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive troubleshooter with experience in interface testing and leading cross functional and cross departmental assignments.
• Willingness to provide support during off hours.
