Good hands on experience on SharePoin 2010
1. Develop assigned user stories/tasks with ownership and provide tasks status
2. Write development approach for assigned task and get it verified from respective TLs and TAs
3. Implement solution with predefined approach, Update approach in case any change has happened during development
4. Get implemented functionality reviewed by BA
5. Maintain and follow coding best practices & guidelines
6. Perform unit testing and update status
7. Maintain correct and updated changes in code repository
8. Story wise tracking of issues & efforts
9. Write and update Deployment documents or design documents
10. Troubleshoot dev issues & defects, Regular update of effort for burn-down chart.
