We have an immediate requirement for Windows Administrator required at

Required Skills:
- A Windows admin with Windows 2008 experience (primary) and Exchange(secondary), not necessarily Exchange 2010 with Vmware, Citrix and Hyper-V(Good to have) skills.
- The job description reads more on the Exchange side, but please find a strong Windows Admin with some Exchange experience.
- Microsoft patch management (WSUS) and install patches on monthly basis including coordination with application owners and the Change Control process.
- Document the various IT processes.
- On call support for break / fix resolution for all hardware and software supported.
- Co-ordinate with server hardware vendor for any failure hardware replacement (hard-disks, board battery etc..)
- Troubleshoot and work on MS Exchange / Outlook incidents/problem tickets in CRM.
- Mail enabled users/Contacts creation and deletion
- Mailbox size increase
- Management and Administration of Shared Calendars/Mailboxes/Conf room.
- Troubleshoot problem tickets related to e-mail archiving (Symantec Enterprise Vault).
Disk Administration – Virtual and Physical servers
On call support for break / fix resolution for all hardware and software supported.
Co-ordinate with Operations team for physical server de-commission.
Build VMs from VM template in VMware farm per specification.
