Job Title: Oracle HRMS Tester
Location: Dallas TX
Duration: Long term
Rate: DOE

Must Have Skills:
• Excellent Functional Oracle knowledge - HR/PY
• Good understanding of testing process & ability to formulate strong Test Strategy/Plan in a multi-vendor environment
• Hands on experience in Test Planning - Estimation, Capacity Planning etc
• Experience in test management tool – ALM/ QC
• Ability to understand/analyze business requirements (even if partial/incomplete) & translate into test plan
• Excellent analytical abilities & test design abilities
• Excellent communication skills, project leadership experience & experienced onsite coordinator for offshore team
• Project Management experience/skills is plus
