Job Title: Data Analyst/SAS Analytics with SAS Enterprise Guide experience

Location: Milwaukee WI

Duration: Long term

Pay Rate: DOE

 

Must Have Skills:

·         Degree in computer science, physical science, math, statistics, business or related field.  Bachelor's required, Master's preferred

·         Minimum 2-4 years' experience/knowledge in strategic research and data analysis, application of statistical research techniques, executive level communication of analysis.

·         Practical ability to visualize data, communicate the results to leadership, and drive for results.

·         Expertise in one or more development or analytical tools including  SAS EG, SQL, MS Excel (MS BI Suite), and Tableau.   

·         Highly creative, with the ability to make connections between concepts in ways others don't see.  Includes experience in problem solving, research, quantitative analysis and analytical working techniques. 

·         Strong aptitude and desire for learning new platforms, development, modeling, analytic and presentation tools.

·         Ability to develop and implement analysis approaches in order to support the strategic initiatives of the assigned business area.

·         Demonstrated ability to gather information systematically; consider a broad range of issues or factors; grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems or issues; use accurate logic in analysis. 

·         Demonstrated ability to deliver results and recommendations in written, verbal and presentation form at an appropriate level for a business audience.

·         Initiative to independently design and develop own deliverables while still being a team player.
