Job Title: SAS/Data Analyst with Mortgage experience

Location: Dallas TX

Duration: Long term

Pay Rate: DOE

 

Required Skills:

•        Min 6-8 years of mortgage experience.

•        Hands on SAS skills.

•        Data analysis skills.

•        Develops and explains correlations between macroeconomic variables and their impact on portfolio performance, prepayment speeds, delinquency rates, and defaults.

•        Provides analysis and reporting on an adhoc basis to assist in making strategic and/or significant operational decisions.

•        Predictive modeling experience is an added advantage..
