Title: AIX Administrator

Location: Sacramento, CA

Duration: Long term

Rate: DOE

 

Required Skills:

• Provides AIX and WebSphere administration and support
• Candidate will implement, troubleshoot and maintain web application environments with multiple technologies
• Experience providing support for production and multiple non-production environments, existing and new.
• Self-directed, possess a sense of urgency to meet established deadlines
• Knowledge of N-Tier architecture.
• Knowledge of enterprise web applications, services, systems and supporting technologies including firewalls/routing/load balancing etc.
• Experienced with major, large-scale system implementations
• Experience managing Internet or intranet based applications.
• Strong hands on experience with AIX (6.1 or higher), WebSphere (Application Server, HTTP, Process Server, Portal Server)
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft IIS
