They endeavor to drive down total cost of pharmacy health care for private and public employers, health plans, labor unions and government agencies of all sizes.

In its size, depth of knowledge, and breadth of experience, in the Clinical domain space, our client is unmatched in the PBM industry.
Job Description:
· Just to add some commentary on this position; we need someone who has a lot of experience in Healthcare, Medical claims data and who can support us as the subject matter expert as well as be that one person who could mentor the offshore teams given his/her background in Healthcare industry.
· Technical skills of Ab Initio is preferred but is not a mandatory skill. Again, assuming someone who has worked many years in Healthcare and understands the business and functions can scale up in learning the client specific systems, it’s the thought leadership and problem solving approach that we need from this role.
· Another key point on the demographics is that we are looking at someone who is a local (in and around the
General Healthcare Knowledge
Ø Experience with medical claims processing and adjudication rules and logic
Ø An understanding of the considerations one would make with regard to multiple adjustments to the same claim, the order they would be applied, various methodologies that could be employed, etc.
Ø Familiarity with both the financial and clinical concepts associated with medical claims: the fields on a claim such as the diagnosis, procedures performed, $ amount fields such as co-pay, co-insurance, considerations when determining the final state of the claim, etc
Technical Knowledge
Ø Very good analysis skills
Ø AbInitio programming skills.
Ø Experience loading/processing large amounts of data in a data warehousing environment.
Ø Routinely employ sound problem-solving methodologies to work through issues and analyze the specific client requirements for each client on-boarding
Knowledge of Datawarehouse, other ETL concepts
