Required Skills:

 

• Strong CRM Functional consultant – SME in Install Base and Service Contracts
• Prior experience of interaction with business and preparation of requirement documents
• Knowledge on third party integration like Inquira, pipkins, teamtrack is preferred
• Good communication skills
