Title: Business Analyst - Facets

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ or Southfield, MI & Minneapolis, MN & Phoenix, AZ or Cypress, CA

Duration: Long term

Rate: DOE

 

Requirements:

·         Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

·         5+ years of System Analysis and Systems Configuration experience

·         5+ years of experience working in the different phases of development.

·         5 + years of healthcare insurance industry experiences, with knowledge of government run programs

·         5+ years of Relational Database experience

·         5+ years of writing system requirements

·         Understanding of data gathering/analysis

·         Knowledge of the Software(System) Development Life Cycle

·         Experience working with test plans and test cases

·         Experience facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions

 

MUST HAVE:

·         4+ year of experience in Trizetto Facets system analysis preferred.

·         5+ years experience in EDI Claims (HIPAA 837) standards.

·         5+ years experience in Facets Eligibility/Enrollment transactions, data model and structure.

·         Proficiency in producing solutions for member/eligibility input and output feeds.

·         Proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

·         Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.

·         Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures.

·         Ability to write SQL without assistance
