Job Roles / Responsibilities:     

• Be the single point of contact for the resolution of all production support tickets, enhancements for Mobility stream of work
• Understand the in-scope applications in detail (both the functional and technical aspects) and become the SME for all the application
• Work with offshore, assign tickets and ensure a stable production environment with respect to Mobile apps
• Identify areas of improvement and implement them working with onsite and offshore team.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in iOS development.
• Prior experience in leading a team of people in getting an iOS application developed.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills in iOS programming.
• Good client-facing, inter-personal and communication skills.
• Exprience working with offshore and ensuring a stable production environment for Mobility apps.
