Title: PeopleSoft SCM Functional Consultant
Location:

Requirement / Responsibilities:
Must Have Skills:
· Strong functional consultant in the PeopleSoft OM and SCM modules specializing in the PS pricer module.
· Strong business analysis preferably in the health care industry .
· Must be able to translate business requirements into to be processes and design solutions to address the requirements
· Conduct fit gap sessions and be an evangelist in solution design.
· Participate in and contribute to AS-IS and To Be process design and build process diagrams.
· Develop Functional design through design sessions with functional SMEs and stakeholders.
· Ensure Traceability, Quality Assurance and Configuration Management for requirements through the entire SDLC.
· Elicit requirements from stakeholders and product champion, using techniques such as interviews, requirement gathering sessions, surveys and/or other techniques as needed
· Work with other leads (Development, Functional, Technical, Interface/Conversion) to ensure an integrated product and to confirm and requirements.
· Be able to provide direction and high level estimate analysis of identified gaps
· Ensure the finished product meets the design objectives and any other appropriate criteria associated with the system requirements and Statement Of Work.

Title: PeopleSoft Technical Lead

Must Have Skills:
• Peopletools 8.51/8.52 experience
• Implementation experience in any Peoplesoft module
• Peopletools Technical assessment experience
• Have good communication skills
• Have at least 8/10 years Technical experience doing Peopletools related developments.
• Have strong experience in PeopleSoft technical areas like App Engine, Component Interface, SQR and People Tools.
• Have ability to interact with Customer technical SME
• Working knowledge in PeopleSoft IB, App Messaging
• Experience in participating in Infrastructure assessments is an added advantage
• Ability to articulate Peoplesoft system admin tasks is an added advantage.
