Position            : SAP HCM Consultant with ECM

Location           : St. Lious, MO

Duration           : 5 Months

 

Description:

 

Consultant: 4-6 years of Experience  in HCM with minimum 2 - 3 ECM (Enterprise Compensation Management) Implementation in EHP 5 and above

 

• Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
• Ability to work & develop business relationship with different levels of User Communities
• Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SAP functionalities
• Should be able to design / develop / deliver ECM Solution in compliance with the SAP Best Practices and Expert in

• Configuring various bonus plans
• Experience in custom BADI and custom budget process
• Experience in MSS/ESS in conjunction with ECM
• Integration ECM with PMS
• Knowledge of PMS process and configuration
• Good understanding of Workflow

• Knowledge of SAP best practices and Implement them in the system
• Ability to work with developers on required enhancements and own the responsibility
• System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Business Blueprint
• Preparation & Execution of Test Plans & Test scripts (Unit / Scenario / Integration& Regression test cycles)
• Should be able to provide Functional design specifications for custom developments in the solution
• Train the user communities (End users / BPOs / Super Users)
• Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and to adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
