Position: Technical Lead (SQL Developer)
Location: Horsham, PA
Duration: 6 Months +

Required Skills: Oracle, SQL, MySQL, Business Analytics, MKS Integrity, Data Mapping, Migration.

Experience Coaching users on intended use of core Integrity functions Gap analysis / alternative capture / decision facilitation Acceptance test facilitation Creation and delivery of training material MySQL/ MKS Integrity.

Responsibilities:

• To create, assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion.
  
• To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
• To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations
• To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards
• To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module and participate in the technical/business discussions/review
• To participate as an individual contributor in technical capacity
