JD:

 

1.Should have experience in developing an analytical skill set that can solve multiple business

2. Knowledge on DW/BI technology is plus.

3. Should have experience in creating and implementing data driven strategies to support prudent growth of our business.

4. Should have worked closely with the marketing, sales, finance, product and business development teams to improve performance

 

�         Resource should of Data mining experience... same as SAS miner

�         This is more of the HR Analytics, a person should have the experience in the Text/data mining  and attritions.
