Role                  : Business Analyst- Mortgage Exp

Location           : Raleigh, NC

Duration           : 6+Months

 

NOTE: Should be able to clear strict BGC.

 

The Integrations Specialist drives seamless IT integrations with our business partners and customers across the US.  Coordinates all aspects of the application development life cycle including: requirements gathering, project management, software development and testing in a ‘hands on' technical fashion. The position will include a high degree of business and customer focus/interaction.

 

Requirements:

·         Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service.

·         Attention to detail and works well in multitasking environment.

·         Experience with XML and EDI.

·         Mortgage industry experience preferred.

·         Provide 24 x 7 on call support as required.

·         Onsite M-F: Raleigh, NC 8:30AM – 5:30PM.

 

Project Responsibilities

·         Coordinates the active project pipeline of all LOS and Lender connections (including but not limited to delegated MI ordering and rate quote setups) by accounting for incoming project requests and prioritizing based on established prioritization tool.  Formats supported: MISMO 2.3.1, EDI 872, DU3.2, and other proprietary loan formats supplied by various lenders.

·         Drives execution by identifying internal and external bottlenecks, works directly with ADM and sales to drive next steps.
