Experience: 8+ years IT experience

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

·              Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance systems and processes in Finance & Accounting function

·              Specialize in the management of data quality issues and the creation and maintenance of reference data in financial systems, including general ledgers, data warehouses, and the interfaces to policy and claims administration systems

·              Should have a good understanding of system data flows

·              Ability to lead financial period (monthly, quarterly, yearly) close process and reporting

·              Should be able to lead a team of resources in an onsite offshore model.
