Position: Support Analyst
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 12 Months
Required Skills:
• ETL/DW
• Data staging, aggregation and distribution.
• Handling incidents and tracking them to closure (includes root cause analysis).
• Creating JIL(s) and scheduling jobs.
• Conduct troubleshooting of ETL job issues
• Support of daily and monthly ETL load processes
• Should have working knowledge on the Data Stage/Pentaho ETL tools
• BI
• Support of ad-hoc and scheduled reports
• Support of pre-defined reports
• Handling incidents and tracking them to closure (includes root cause analysis)
• Should have working knowledge on OBIEE 10g/11g
• MDM
• Monitor Systems in Production for job failure
• Incident management
• Support activities during Period close & data reconciliation
• Support activities for deployment for production
• User access management and security
• Up / Down stream system engagement & support
• Should have working knowledge on the MDM (Oracle CDH)/ Oracle Apps 11i/R12 (OM & AR mdules)
Desired Skills:
• OBIEE and MDM experience
