Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

 

Job Description

 

Brief description of the Business Analyst.

 

1.    Prior experience as a BA in a Development project - Ability to crystallize the business requirements based on client discussions into functional specifications and explain the same to the team [Mandatory]

2.    Experience in writing Business Requirements Documents, Functional Requirement Specifications, Software Requirement Specifications, Functional Test Cases. [Mandatory]

3.    Complete understanding of the SDLC Lifecycle - ability to take ownership of team performance through the project lifecycle [Mandatory].

4.    Experience of implementation of any ERP System - [Preferred]

5.    Knowledge of business processes and work-flow for retail pricing of products [e.g. Price work flow for Mobile phones] - [Preferred]

Brief description of the SharePoint resource

1.    Experience on Out Of Box share point 2010 features

2.    Should have worked on share point workflows

3.    Knowledge of customization in share point: i.e creation of custom web part, application pages, user controls,

4.    Knowledge of .net will be a plus
