About the Job:
· To Work with senior members of client organization to plan, lead and shape the solutions for medium to very large projects
· Leading all UX activities on large and complex projects with overall responsibility for quality
· Collecting and synthesizing business and user requirements to derive workable solutions
· Rapidly extracting achievable creative solutions from difficult and complex problems
· Responsibility for the architecture through content strategy, interaction design and usability and all of our digital projects for large to very large projects
· Participation in the creation of the solution vision and it's nurturing as the project is executed
· Producing quality output in tight timeframes
Requirements:
· 10+ years' experience working on digital projects across a variety of different sectors
· Experience in designing UX deliverables for all popular mobile devices and platforms
· Strong working experience on design and prototyping tools
· Deliver low and high fidelity prototypes
· Understanding target audiences' needs, tasks, and goals and translating them into creative concepts and functional components
· Supporting the team in translating business requirements into involving interactive experiences
· Have a consultative approach and able to provide thought leadership to clients
· Quickly understand the whole project and the needs of the client
· Articulate, confident, comfortable in client facing roles with the ability to rapidly manage fluctuating client requirements and requests
· Collaboratively developing prototypes for demonstration of concepts to clients.
· Be the User Experience representative on Large to medium-sized pitches
· Fluent communication skills. You must be able to explain and get buy in on abstract concepts like block diagrams to team members and clients
Mandatory Skills:
· Experience in designing UX deliverables for all popular mobile devices and platforms
