Title: Build and Release Management Specialist

Qualifications:
· Communication and Co-ordination of complete build and deploy process
· Build and Deployment of Applications onto different environments like Dev, QA, UAT and Prod by co-coordinating with various teams. (Primarily J2EE but may include other components like command line utilities, forms, DB Scripts etc)
· Performing post deployment activities prior to releasing the environment such as verifying whether the correct version is deployed, performing sanity tests to check whether application has been deployed properly and perform basic troubleshooting when deploy errors are encountered
· Execution of DB Scripts, Verifying DB logs and reporting any errors to concerned teams.
· Experience with automation of build and deploy process including knowledge of Continuous integration tools like Jenkins/ Hudson.
· Sound knowledge of Unix - Scripting and commands useful for troubleshooting
