Position: Data warehouse Production Coordinator

Location: St Louis, MO

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Responsibilities:

 

•    Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of multiple technology projects

•    Runs the production job-execution process, working closely with Account managers, Business analysts, and Product Owners, to prioritize and resolve data related tickets in the backlog

•    Supervises daily activities of production to ensure timely and effective reporting, tracking, follow-up and communication of problems to internal and external clients, technical resources, and executives

•    Own incidents and problems and work to get to detailed root cause analysis and suggest workarounds and/or solutions for recurring issues

•    Coach and mentor a dedicated Team in the ways of Production Support (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, etc) and the appropriate behaviors associated with building a high performing Team

•    Responsible for identifying, coordinating, and implementing initiatives/projects and activities that create efficiencies and optimize technical processing

•    Promote a collaborative Team environment that fosters creativity, innovation and high performance

•    Conducts production status meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.

•    Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables as part of change management strategy.

•    Manages the integration of vendor tasks and reviews vendor deliverables. Required Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field

•    5 years minimum experience in leading teams of technical resources (Technical Support Manager, QA Manager, Lead Developer, etc.)

•    Experience in Business Intelligence/data analysis, Teradata, SQL

•    Strong knowledge of Industry Best Practices SDLC

•    Informatica/Datastage experience a plus

•    Experience with issue logging tools - ITIL, Six Sigma, CSM, and other PM certifications preferred.
