Position: Java Developer with Rate Derivatives or Trading experience
Location: Stamford, CT
Duration: 12+ Months

Mandate: Java with Fixed Income OR rate derivatives OR Trading experience is a MUST

These resources will be application specialists and Dev. leads. They will:

Ensure accuracy of estimates and projections, and also perform feasibility analysis.
Facilitate project execution (BOW + other changes) by the offshore team, and ensure progress of work.
Plan and allocate work for maximum capacity utilization.
Ensure predictability of delivery – quality and timeliness; be responsible for adherence to the release calendar.
Interact with users in the context of the above functions.

Description:

The candidates should primarily have significant experience in delivering technology solutions in the domain of Interest Rate Derivatives, or in similar trading areas like FIX , credit default swaps, fixed income trading etc.
7+ years of experience, a large and recent part of that in the mentioned domain.
Seasoned Dev. professionals
Core technology skills in line with the programming languages (JAVA) and databases (Sybase / Oracle) used in the applications.
