Position: Informatica Application Developer
Location: Cary, NC
Duration: 18 months from start

Years of experience: 6-10 Years

Skills:

Must be able to operate with minimal supervision and should be passionate about delivering high quality code.
Must have been member of an agile team; participated in release and iteration planning meetings; design ETL unit tests as part of test driven development
Ability to understand ETL concepts/architecture as a whole
Good Hands on to design and develop Informatica mappings/sessions/workflows
Experience in sourcing data from flat files/xml's/csv's using Informatica
Performance tuning the mappings/sessions by identifying bottlenecks at various levels
Ability to document the HLD's/LLD's
Good knowledge/understanding of UNIX shell scripting
Scheduling tool : Control-M or equivalent
Experience in all phases of the software development life cycle
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Job responsibilities include contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across different environments
