Position: Network Voice Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 6 Months

Description:

•         4-7 years of experience with Cisco UCS technology architecture and design.
•         Expert knowledge of Cisco UCS hardware and software.
•         Expert knowledge of Cisco UCS implementations and troubleshooting.
•         Expert understanding of voice and network concepts to include VLANS, IP-PBX, VoIP, SIP, Quality of Service, DNS, DHCP, and data center design.
•         Excellent Skills on Call Manager, Unity etc.
•         2-3 years of experience designing and implementing call flow and IVR scripting logic within Contact Center for busy call centers.
•         Expertise in designing and supporting integrated voice and data solutions.
•         Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•         Excellent customer service skills with an ability to translate technical information into layman's terms.
•         Excellent problem solving skills.
•         Job profile may require 30% travelling
•         Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
•         Able to work in client facing environment
•         Excellent verbal and writing skills
