1. Requirements and Scope
1.1. Technical Scope
· Work on a team as the SAP Service Management SME.
· Prototype the derived future state in a test environment to a point that unit testing and POC can be understood by the team
· Document the technical set-up

1.2. Activities in scope
· Assessment of current state with Technical team.
· Assessment of current state with Business team.
· Knowledge Transfer to help understand the possibilities and functionality of SM and associated SAP tools.
· POC conference room review.
· MRS
· SM with customer equipment tracking
· Refurbishment of customer property or Lufkin property for sale
· Document the functional process
· Define and document know risk and any obstacles that need to be resolved prior to project launch of implementation
· Road map document to transition eh business group to the desired future state
· Document things learned from an SM team perspective
1.3. Out of Scope
· Full Integration testing
· Implementation
· Business processes preformed at the service centres that are not using the SAM module.

1.4. Key Assumptions
· Functional support from Business Team to understand processes
· Project Management will be performed.
· Working schedule shall consider client calendar and weekly working hours from Monday to Friday 8 am CST to 5 pm CST.
· Shall consider busy schedule of business users during month end and quarter end closing.
· Shall adhere to SAP change management process.
