Position           : Business Analyst- Call Center Exp

Location          : Denver, CO

Duration           : 1 Year

 

 

 

Work is 100% onsite w/Telephone & In Person interviews.  **ONLY SUBMIT (LOCAL) CANDIDATES PRESENTLY LOCATED IN METRO Denver, CO** 

• Create and document processes and procedures for our Call Center for error resolution/disputes for our  project.
• The resource needs to have an understanding of how to write and document processes for Call Center resources and regulatory agencies that may come for audit purposes.  Communication skills to be able to interview the Call Center team and translate the requirements into processes.
• Lead collaborative workshops that include corporate executives, process owners, and subject matter experts in process discovery activities such as process identification and inventory, process assessment, process discovery and process analysis.
• Maintain project documentation and develop presentations for communication
