Position: Sr. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Redmond/Seattle, WA

Duration: Longterm/FTE

 

Description & Required Skills:

 

•    Should be able to do basic/advanced customization using MS Dynamics CRM 2011

•    Very good interpersonal skills, critical thinking, written and oral communication communications skills and strong technical documentation skills required.

•    Must be able to preparing VROM and ROM's for the scope of work.

•    Understand Tele Sales/Inside Sales business process and mapping it to the MS Dynamics CRM product.

•    Prepare FSD (Functional Requirement Document).

•    Ability to do gap analysis with existing or new applications/tools 

•    Prepare Mock-up Screens based on Requirements gathering from the business.

•    Should be very strong in Sales, Services and Marketing modules in MS Dynamics CRM.

•    Able to transfer the knowledge to the engineering teams (Dev & Test teams)

•    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize competing deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.

•    Strong understanding of the SDLC process with good Analytical and problem solving abilities.

•    Having Program Manager background will be a Plus.

•    Having past Microsoft experience would be a Plus
