Position           : Sr. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant

Location           : Redmond/Seattle, WA

Duration           : Long term Contract / Fulltime

 

Position Description

 

·         Should be able to do basic/advanced customization using MS Dynamics CRM 2011

·         Very good interpersonal skills, critical thinking, written and oral communication communications skills and strong technical documentation skills required.

·         Must be able to preparing VROM and ROM's for the scope of work.

·         Understand Tele Sales/Inside Sales business process and mapping it to the MS Dynamics CRM product.

·         Prepare FSD (Functional Requirement Document).

·         Ability to do gap analysis with existing or new applications/tools 

·         Prepare Mock-up Screens based on Requirements gathering from the business.

·         Should be very strong in Sales, Services and Marketing modules in MS Dynamics CRM.

·         Able to transfer the knowledge to the engineering teams (Dev & Test teams)

·         Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize competing deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.

·         Strong understanding of the SDLC process with good Analytical and problem solving abilities.

·         Having Program Manager background will be a Plus.

·         Having past Microsoft experience would be a Plus
