Primary skillets &Major Accountabilities
Ø 4 + years experience in Tivoli and other monitoring tools mentioned below. Candidate should work as Senior Systems Engineer in support environment. This position will actively participate the role of Installation, Monitoring, configuration and administration of Tivoli /Non Tivoli monitoring tools .The work involves complex change request in all tools including TADDM, TAD4D.
Ø Must have good knowledge in TADDM, TAD4D and netcool suites (Omnibus, Impact, and IBM Tivoli Network Manager)
Ø Good communication skills, client interactions skills.
