Position: SAP FICO Consultant

Location: SFO, CA

Duration: 6+months

Rate: DOE

 

Required Skills:

• SAP FICO Lead Consultant with more than 8 years of experience in SAP FICO including 5 full life cycles.
• Have sound understanding of the Business processes in SAP FICO.
• Well versed with SAP ECC 6.0 including New GL functionality like document splitting and Business area Balance Sheet, Parallel Ledgers.
• Configure New GL planning; define planning layouts based on the business requirement.
• Should be able to design and configure multiple currency types.
• Should be able to design and configure Sales Tax, Withholding Tax and VAT.
• Well versed with USGAAP, IFRS, Financial reporting.
• Design and configure AP, AR, EBS, Lockbox including Checks, Wires and ACH payments.
• Expertise in designing and configuring the asset accounting module as per USGAAP, TAX, IFRS and also able design the interface between FAS and other fixed assets tools.
• Expertise in CEA, CCA and PCA.
• Should be able to design for the Interface between various SAP and other systems.
• Expertise in ALE, IDOC functionality for Financial Data Transmission between the Banks, other SAP system.
• Should be able to perform Data Migration for FICO data.
• Good Understanding of Various Country versions in North America.
• Proficient in Testing- Creating, validating and executing test scripts
• Quick to understand business scenarios and able to create test cases for business scenarios
• Able to help ABAP consultants with the test case and test data for code remediation
• Able to analyze release notes and check/fix the relevant processes in the system
• Roll out experience with strong configuration experience in FI and CO.
• A resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
• Able to collaborate with clients, and have a strong desire to excel
