Position: PeopleSoft Functional HR

Location: Milpitas, CA

Duration: Long Term

Rate: DOE

 

Must Have Skills:

• PeopleSoft Functional consultant with a minimum of 6 years of functional consulting experience in PeopleSoft HCM.
• In depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1.
• Experienced in implementation of at least 2 the following modules:

-         eDevelopment

-         ePerformance

-         Succession Planning

-         Profile Management

• Should be able to conduct in-depth workshops, demo sessions & requirement gathering meetings on his/her modules.
• Should be able to perform detailed fit-gap analysis and identify requirement gaps for each business process.
• Should be able to carry out system impact analysis with respect to the proposed gap resolution options.
• Knowledge about 'SuccessFactor' is a plus.
