Job Description:

 

1.       Experience in SABA 5.x and above implementation.

2.       Should have at least 1 SABA implementation project.

3.       Ability to design, develop, debug, resolve, app support SABA implementation project.

4.       Technical Support Knowledge, able to handle L3 and L4 support tickets with minor and major enhancements.

5.       Ability to write SQL queries, triggers, stored procedure.

6.       Knowledge of Crystal Reports is a plus

7.       Good Communication Knowledge

8.       Good Communication/written skills
