Position: Senior Technical Business Analyst / Techno-Functional BA
Location: Stamford, CT
Duration: 6 Months +
Experience Level: 10+ years
Primary skill: Oracle and any data warehousing experience
Description:
Requirement Gathering phase
Project kick off meeting with stakeholders
Assisting in Project Plan and Estimation.
Working with PM's on project status to the client.
To interface with clients / prospects and to understand the business requirements
To understand the functional dimensions involved during the requirements gathering phase, prepare requirement document.
Peer review of the document.
Prepare conceptual flow diagrams for better understanding.
Facilitates clarity in business process and rules definition
Act as facilitator across various stakeholders to identify gaps and risks in proposed solution.
Follow up on business sign off for requirement document
Walkthrough to the development team on the requirement documentation
Interfaces with the development and configuration team to tie all ends of the solution
To help in preparation of test cases, test execution, test reports and be involved in UAT.
Attend project status calls along with managers.
Other responsibilities:
To take responsibility of preparing curriculum and courseware for domain training
Having basic knowledge of SQL queries and data modelling.
Support to business queries raised by Business Users, and addressing them through SNOW.
Analysis of L3 ticket which are logged in Jira ?
Replicate in test environment ?
Capturing the steps ?
Provide what is expected.
