Skill requirement

 

1. Candidate with over 12 years of technical experience in architecting enterprise systems / applications (client-server / Desktop) that uses Microsoft/QT technologies.

2. BS in Comp. Science from a good school.

 

Technical Skills & Tools

 

1.     Designing: Architecting and designing enterprise client-server/Desktop application using Microsoft, QT tools and technologies, etc. Strong command in Design patterns.

2.     Tools exposure: Microsoft Tools list Visual Studio 2010, MS SQL 2008, Master data services, MS performance monitoring, Security tools, etc.

3.     Requirement analysis and Use case writing using standard UML tools

4.     Strong C++, VC++ and other object oriented programming languages experience.

5.     QT framework working experience

6.     Strong coding skills with high quality deliverables

7.     Experience in developing application that communicates with external devices connected through Ethernet or USB or RS 232 or Serial or COM port.

 

Must Have

 

1.     Highly technical, subject matter expert on architecture and show complete accountability.

2.     Demonstrated ability to ensure product quality is built in before product release.

3.     Recommend & Deploy performance improvement techniques.

 

Nice to Have

 

1.     Medical device domain experience

2.     Environment setup consultation experience: Usage of Virtual Machines, installation, deployment & upgrades of enterprise applications, Networking [basic configuration of client-server systems, etc.], IIS configuration, etc.
