NOTE: Oracle DBA in SAP environment experience is a MUST

Position: Sr Oracle DBA
Location: Middle Bury, CT
Duration: 6 Months
                                                                                                                     
Technical Requirements:

• Installation of Oracle Software/Database Pre-requisites.
  
• Oracle Datbase Basic Administration and Latest Features.
• Maintain instance parameters and system settings
• Migrating databases using various tools such as SQL*Loader, Import/Export and Data pump.
• Applying and Testing security patches to the databases.
  
• Managing User Accounts.
• Experience in cloning using cold backup, hot-backup and RMAN backup.
• Capacity Planing in terms of Growth of Database.
• Automated File and Storage Management.
  
• Good knowledge of 10g/11g features as Data Pump, ASM and Flash back recovery.
• Experience in basic Performance Tuning and Monitoring using various tools such as AWR,TKPROF and Explain Plan.
• Availibility Management for Databases.
• Database Resource Management and Task Scheduling.
• Scheduling Database Backups,taking Logical Backups & Physical Backups.
• Basic Knowledge about RAC and Data guard. Can Monitor.
• Implementing Database Security Policy.

• OCA(Essential)
  
• OCP(Desired)
