Windows Skill with Win 7 imaging experience is must.
Required Skills:
• We are looking for a Windows engineer who will develop a Windows 7 image for the client.
• If we can find a candidate who has any experience with Mac engineering as well, that would be a plus.
• Proficiency in Wise scripting (Wise Studio/Alteris) a necessity. Experience with other automated tools / utilities (PowerShell, VB, etc.) a plus.
• Able to communicate effectively
• Ability to perform computer refreshes - imaging, app installs, data transfer methods
• Ability to acquire new skills in a diverse environment
• Must be able to engineer solutions in a stressful environment and react quickly in times of crisis.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills; able to establish good working relationships and collaborate with networks of employees of all levels; able to foster cooperation in others; creative problem-solver
• Familiarity with a variety of tech support concepts, practices, and procedures
